Problem With Identd On IRC

I have MikroTik RouterOS 2.8.26 on my network. Why I cann’t connect to the IRC. It says:

You have been autokilled.

Is it anything wrong with my RouterOS?

Nothing is wrong with your RouterOS. The problem is your ISP that your connecting from. If you are listed on certain ISPs ranges you will be required to provide identd reverse because your ISP has too many botnets / spammers.

See this page (http://kline.dal.net/akillinfo.htm), if your ISP is listed its probably not very responsive to abuse and therefore you must take extra steps to connect.
