Problem with ip cloud

hello all,

the last days, ip cloud service seems to not work..

[admin@5050-oreo] > /ip cloud print 
          ddns-enabled: yes
  ddns-update-interval: none
           update-time: yes
              dns-name: xxxxxx.sn.mynetname.net
                status: updating...

has anyone else the same problems ?

What is your routerOS version ?

Disable ip cloud and enable again…

i disabled, i rebooted, enabled, still cannot update..

You got internet on that router??? :smiley:

i can “see” the router via a VPN..

any other suggestion ?

Ip cloud does not need any configuration to work…
I do not think there is something wrong with the Mikrotik DNS servers today since i would have noticed it…
Try to update cloud from terminal..
Also, does it say updating forever? Does it change to could not update?

updating forever…

Why you ve changed the update interval? Let it default… it checks for address change every 60 seconds… so you just make it worst..
Also, is your Date and Time correct at your router?
Can you ping cloud2.mikrotik.com from inside the router?

date and time are ok..
i can ping cloud2.mikrotik.com from both routers..

Then it should update…
Otherwise check all your configuration…

router has internet access,
dns are ok (1.1.1.1 & 8.8.8.:sunglasses:,
settings are default…

the strange is that it happens in two routers of the same customer..
and a have other 200 working fine, with same version, etc…

Let it for a few hours and then try again…

12 hours later, the same.. cannot update

Then something prevents it from updating in your router…

I have the same problem with my 951Ui-2HnD, after updating to 6.48 the ip cloud does not work, I try to ping cloud2.mikrotik.com but without response, the router has internet but it is as if it does not recognize it

IP cloud doesnt work for me too. impossible ping xxxxxxxx.sn.mynetname.net
