Ip cloud does not need any configuration to work…
I do not think there is something wrong with the Mikrotik DNS servers today since i would have noticed it…
Try to update cloud from terminal..
Also, does it say updating forever? Does it change to could not update?
Why you ve changed the update interval? Let it default… it checks for address change every 60 seconds… so you just make it worst..
Also, is your Date and Time correct at your router?
Can you ping cloud2.mikrotik.com from inside the router?
I have the same problem with my 951Ui-2HnD, after updating to 6.48 the ip cloud does not work, I try to ping cloud2.mikrotik.com but without response, the router has internet but it is as if it does not recognize it
