problem with l2tp and loadbalance

hi
i have 2 static wan
used with mangle and loadbalace and failover pcc config on mikrotik without any problem worked
but i need connect from l2tp vpn local on mikrotik to mikrotik for access my local network for ex 192.168.1.0/24
my local ip network on mikrotik : 192.168.1.0/24
my vpn pool on mikrotik : 10.20.30.0/29
how do this ?

i config l2tp on mikrotik
connect with my laptop to l2tp mikrotik
but no internet no ping no tracert on my local network

ping 192.168.1.19 -t
