problem with laptop access

Good morning everyone,
I’m with some customers that have wifi router, on all cell phones opens any website normally,
but on the laptop does not open anything. I’ve had complaints from several clients. Does anyone have this difficulty?
I’m using version 6.39.3. RB3011 and also in a CHR 6.39.3
I have already tested to decrease the MTU from 1480 to 1452 but without success ..

If you want help then you need to post your current config and explain the topography. A default config will not cause issues you describe.
