Problem with Led of Hex lite

hi all

i have problem with LED of Hex Lite , all led not light when i plug in cable. i don’t know who is meet this problem?
For detail this case : when power on, all led light , then off. so the led still good. i thing the software fault. i was upgrade to FW 6.35.4, but the problem still not solve.

Any body can tell me where is the problem?

Installing the latest RouterOS version using Netinstall should fix the problem with LEDs on hEX lite.

Thanks for reply. so i was try to run Netinstal . but it not connect to It. i see on system----LEDS-----, it is blank. i was template add led for 5 ethernet port , so it light again, but i don’t know i do it right or wrong? i can work normal long time or it only short time , it can have problem again ?
