problem with mangle please help

hello guys, i have problem with mangle please help , the problem is if i ping from mikrotik to lan ip 192.168.x.x it present high ping 3++ ms from supposedly <=1 ms i think it using my isp connection.

here is the rule

12 chain=prerouting action=mark-connection new-connection-mark=Local passthrough=yes src-address-list=LAN dst-address-list=LAN

13 chain=forward action=mark-connection new-connection-mark=Local passthrough=yes src-address-list=LAN dst-address-list=LAN

my src address list

172.0.0.0/8
192.168.0.0/16
10.0.0.0/8
100.10.1.0/30
