Problem with MicroTik MQS + Loco M5

can you help with the MikroTik MQS configuration? I cannot connect to the Loco M5 interface. It should be at the address 192.168.1.2 but there is no ping to that address either. I’m attaching to you my Loco M5 configuration and default MQS configuration.

I managed to connect, but there is a problem, because the device is supposed to be powered but you can’t see it at all. Only when I connect the loco to the POE power supply and then the LAN output from the power supply to MQS is visible.

Still, by the way, in this MQS, should the LEDs be on? Because I’ve never seen them light up, only inside the device something is lit up in blue.
