Problem with mikrotik port forwarding

Hello experts,

I have problem with mikrotik port forwarding (i guess that problem inside port forwarding). Sometimes i can connect to webserver through WAN and sometimes i don’t. When i can’t connect to webserver which have connected mikrotik router, then i get weird errors in wireshark - “This frame is a (suspected) retransmission”. When i google that, i found information that webserver packets get lost inside network for some reason, and this error rarely cause by webserver. Why i get errors here and how i can solve it? I believe that webserver packets lost in network because of mikrotik router.

How can someone possibly help without seeing any of your configuration or even a part of it? or just more details of what you are actually doing ?

Please provide the complete config (ensure WANIP is removed)
ALso helpful would be network diagram.
