Problem with Mikrotik RB962 and 2x Huawei e3372

Hi,
i have Mikrotik RB962UiGS-5HacT2HnT and connected to it usb HUB https://www.amazon.de/dp/B00ZQFYWJY/ref=cm_sw_r_fm_api_i_aiCmEbEAHSQVN .
Also I have 2 modems Huawei e3372h-153 non-hilink with the same firmware.
1.First there was only ONE e3372 modem connected(it does’nt matter which one), Mikrotik recognized it, ppp-out1 was created and internet connection was WORKING
2.When there was the SECOND e3372 connected for the first time, there was still only ppp-out1(First e3372 connected earlier and NOT disconnected from hub).
PPP-out2 was NOT created and internet connection for ppp-out1 STOPPED working.
3.When I swapped ONE of e3372 for ZTE MF631, then ppp-out2 was created and internet connection worked for BOTH modems (ppp-out1 and ppp-out2).
4.When I swapped the ZTE MF631 BACK for the SECOND e3372, then internet connection worked only for the FIRST e3372 (ppp-out1) and the SECOND e3372(ppp-out2)
had an ERROR in log “Could not acquire serial port”.
Both e3372 have the same VendorID 0x12d1 and DeviceID 0x1506 in System->Resources->USB
Can it be that Mikrotik recognizes this two devices as ONE and THE SAME Device? How can i fix it?

I need 2 independent WAN’s(ppp-out1 and ppp-out2) working at the same time.
