Problem with Modem USB 3G ZTE MF665C

I am trying to connect my USB modem ZTE MF665C, have a routerboard 751U 2HNnD (Router OS 6.30).

I tested changing the channels of data and information but can not get it to work.

Copied some log messages:

I’ve tried various combinations of these parameters but I can not make it work.

The configuration for the interface ppp-client is OK, with other models of 3G modems work fine.

Somebody can help me?
