From nowhere I experienced big ping and very bad working in my WISP then to see that something called multicast traffic is blocking everything. This is a screen shot of one of the two WAN interfaces that we have. The problem in this picture is that THERE IS NOT A SINGLE PPPOE USER going out on internet from this wan. PLEASE help me.

I still have the same problem. I buy internet from a TV company so is it possible to be on their side? Never seen anything like this before and from everything I read multicast can be only from a television broadcast?
Looks like your ISP is either misconfigured or doesn’t support IGMP snooping, so you are receiving multicast traffic you never asked for. Not much you can do about this other than contacting your upstream.
