problem with my metal2shpn cannot access it

i have metal2shpn and cannot enter the os by lan or wifi the metal2shpn have only one power led is up and nothing else and the beep after booting not up i cannot hear it plz if any one have suggestion for solve my proplem

Have you tried with another, known-working POE injector, power supply and cables?

If that’s the case and the symptoms persist, try to netinstall it http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Netinstall

i have tried the poe power is 18 v - 2.0a
and its on but not booting any more no beep only power led is on and cannot log in router by lan or wifi

Try resetting and/or netinstalling it. Do you hear any beep at all?

first of all i thank u a lot for replay me and that’s i do

  • i cannot hear any beep
    and by the way when i connect lan cable nothing done on switch port or Ethernet port in pc still disconnected i will be trying with you and if you want any pic i will send u and if you want from me to change any hardware components i have skills to o it
  • i already reset it and nothing change in led when i press on reset button
  • there is tow capacitors on board one beside lan port i change it with another 220uf and 35 v cause the last one was bad

So it had board problems…

I’m at a loss there, did you “follow” the path past the damaged capacitor for more damaged components?

Check diodes at the rj45 input for open ones. Without a schematic diagram that’s all I can advice.

If an input capacitor blew, check also for the regulator that should follow… most probably it blew also.
