Problem with Netinstall - No reboot

Help!

  1. My system:
    PC (Windows XP Home edition 32bit SP3) connected (>LAN port RJ45>PoE injector>ethernet cable>) to
    MikroTik RB SXT 2nDr2 Lite2
  2. My problem:
I tried to reinstall the RouterOS on the RouterBoard without success: after loading the packages of the RouterOS
the “Install” button should tranform in the “Reboot” button, but it does not (I post the screenshot of Netinstall, I reached
in the process). I tried to switch off and then on the RB, but it doesn’t work, as before the tentative reinstallation.
I tried the reinstallation with: RouterOS v.6.12 (all packages and also with only the packages “system” and “dhcp”),
    v.6.11, v.5.26 , but always without success.
Before starting the process I disabled my antivirus (Avast), my firewall (Private firewall 7.0, and Windows firewall),
    and Windows Defender.
    Many thanks

Hello, what routeros stand on the routerboard?
http://www.wirelessinfo.be/index.php/mikrotik/pages/netinstalle
See if you follow the correct netinstall procedure

  1. what routeros stand on the routerboard
    a) when I bought my MikroTik RB SXT 2nDr2 Lite2, RouterOS v.5.26 was installed;
    b) then I updated to v.6.9, 6.10, 6.11 (firmware upgraded to v.3.12)
    c) but, after that, I made a mess: when Winbox was still working, I cancelled many files in the submenu “files”
    d) since then
  • to connect to the RB by means of Webfig became impossible
  • the connection to the RB, by means of Winbox, is impossible too:
  • (it seems the RB lost the DHCP function, i.e. unable to give the PC a valid LAN IP address (appears the
message: “limited or absent connectivity”, given IP address: 169.254.214.132, subnet Mask: 255.255.0.0),
Running Winbox appears the window Winbox Loader v2.2.18 I post. Clicking on “…” button, there is no MAC
address. Clicking on “Connect” button, an error message appears:
“RouterOS Winbox Error: could not fetch index from 192.168.88.1:80: disconnected”.
I solved that problem giving my PC a manual IP address: 192.168.88.2, submask: 255.255.255.0,
preferred gateway: 192.168.88.1 (the usual my RB IP address), DNS server: blank), but
running Winbox appears the windows Winbox Loader v2.2.18 I posted, again without any MAC address,
clicking on Connect, appears a window with the message “connecting to 192.168.88.1 (port 8291)”, then (port 0)
    and finally the error message:
“RouterOS Winbox Error: could not fetch index from 192.168.88.1:80: disconnected”.
    e) I tried to reset the RB either with the reset hole or the reset button, but the problems remained unchanged,
so I tried to reinstall the RouterOS using Netinstall.
  1. Following your correct netinstall procedure:
I think I did so, as proved by the posted screenshot of Netinstall I reached (there is written: “Loaded 18 package(s)”,
“RB status: Ready”), but the “Install” button did not became “Reboot” button, why ?
(I gave my PC a manual IP address: 192.168.88.2, submask: 255.255.255.0, preferred gateway: 192.168.88.1 (the usual
my RB IP address), DNS server: blank),
