problem with new 5213 cards

have a big problem with new cards from DLINK and Mikronet.
Dlink dwl-g520 hw ver B3, FW 4.11 mac 00119591a560
Mikronet SP908 mac:0x7/0x9, phy:0x45, a5:0x56, a2:0x0, eeprom:0x5002 mac 00:0F:A3:29:F4:5C
mt 2.8.20 - 2.8.26 recognize these cards but not work as client or AP. in client mode radiocards dont connect to any network !!
But in 2.9.rc2 all works fine on any bands and any of thees cards

I have the same issue with D-Link g520 HW B3 and Level1 WN0300 (new card layout). This has just completely ruined my day.
