Problem with ping between hotspot devices

Hello,

I have a problem with my mikrotik hotspot. First the Hotspot works fine, but I have one subnet for hotspot user e.g. 172.28.64.0/20 and one subnet 192.168.13.0/24 for devices e.g. accesspoint switches an so on.
So I would ping to this, i get the message network prohibitet. So i use the example from… http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/cant-ping-device-past-hotspot/53074/1

but it dosnt work…

Why?

you have to login to hotspot as a user before network communication is enabled.
