I have problem with pppoe connecting between 2 MTs.
Here is description of what I have. On one side is MT with wireless card in AP mode which is used for wireless distribution (here we have setup pppoe server which is working fine). On other side I have client AP from OvisLink (I also tried some other brands) on which is connected over ethernet MT device.
When I try to establish pppoe connection from second MT to first MT I am getting following info in logs. On second MT which is dailing pppoe connection in log is see that it is trying to establish connection but it is not getting response from pppoe server. On first MT in log I don’t see anything, there isn’t any trace in log that second MT tried to establish pppoe connection. It looks like that pppoe connection can’t passthrough AP device. I would use on client side wireless card in MT, but there must be used combination of AP and MT with ethernet cards.
Have you any solution for this? Did anyone has similar problem/how did you solve it? Is this some sort of bug or what?
