Hello, I just changed my equipment and went from a RB4011iGS + RM to a CCR1009, make a backup of the configuration and upload it to the CCR1009, the backup loaded fine, all services came into operation except for the services that connect In the ether7 in the vlans 1050 and 1147, here 2 services are delivered to clients with Public IP, however the CCR recognizes the computers by the VLANs but we do not have internet traffic between the computers. for the CPE connected by VLAN 1050 the IP 181.78.15.252/29 is assigned, for the CPE connected to the VLAN 1147 the IP 181.78.15.251/29 is assigned and the gateway in the BRIDGE_LAN configured in the CCR on ether7 has the IP 181.78.15.250/29.
In the RB4011 this configuration works without problem and the CPEs connected to the VLANs have access to the internet through the Public IPs, I ask you to help me with this problem please
Attached configuration file of CCR1009 and RB4011 RB4011.rsc (100 KB) CCR1009.rsc (97.6 KB)
Is your non-working setup the result of using /system backup save and /system backup load?
If so: YOU CANNOT DO THAT. It will not work correctly!
You need to do /export, edit the file to remove anything specific that the new router cannot understand, and then /import that.
When you get errors (like shown), edit the file and try again.
It is really unfortunate that MikroTik does not have a smooth procedure for transferring config, but that is how it is.
Just yesterday I migrated config from a RB2011 to a RB4011, so I know all about the problem. But after about 3 or 4 tries, it worked.
At the moment I export the configuration of the RB4011 and load it in the CCR1009, everything is working well for me, except the traffic of the IP 181.78.15.251 that is transported by the VLAN1147. The problem is not the layout of the VLAN since when I put a Private IP to the CPE that connects in this VLAN it has access to the internet but if I configure the public IP it does not have internet access, I have tried sending ping from 181.78.15.251/ 29 (client), towards the gateway 181.78.15.250/29 (CCR1009) but there is no response between these two IP addresses, try to use another IP such as 181.78.15.253/29 on the client, however there is no ping response either
In the image I show the network topology, client 2 through VLAN 1050 has access to the internet without problems. client 1 through VLAN 1147 has a connection at layer 2 level, the computers have mac learning, however the IP traffic through IP 181.78.15.251/29 does not give internet access nor does it respond to ping between the two mikrotiks
