Problem with Qualcomm UNDP1 (Gobi1000) 3G Card.

Hi everybody;

I have Qualcomm UNDP1 ( other names are HP UN2400 or Gobi1000 ) on my RB411U board.

I can see card on Resources at winbox but the card does not appears at Terminal screen;

How can I install that 3G card properly?

make a supout.rif file and send to support. we will see if we can add support for it.

Could you explain please how can I create support.rif file?

I am new user.

your own screenshot has a clue. look at the menu on the left, item #3 from bottom
