Problem With Queue Time

Hi

First Of All Sorry For My Bad English

I Have Router That is Connected To The Internet & I Use it On a Network with 25 Users. I Want to Use The Time Option That is Available in Queue (user properties) & Define a Time For Users.

For Example I Want to Limit The Access Of “User20” So He Can Use The Internet Between 11 am to 4 pm.

I set The Time But It Doesnt Work & users Get Unlimited Access To Internet. What Should I DO ?

& I have tried to set the clock of system but still it does not work
My RouterOS in 5.20 & my Router is a 7.

The time on queue is “enable time” (the queue will be enable only the time range inserted). So create a 0k/0k queue with the forbiden scope time and put it before the others.
