Problem with rate download

Hi,

I have a pppoe-server x86 i3 3.1Ghz Nic card Intel 82576 with 130 connections in hour peak linked with a PTP RB433ah ROS 5.11 and 5.16 version, card R52hn and antenna dual 29dbi.
The traffic in this hour ~=100Mbp/s, the problem is when i make download behind of PTP, my rate transfer not up more that 800KB/s/s with one download but if start more others, all download remains around 700KB/s and 800KB/s, make thus link up to 20 50Mbp/s. but only one not exceeds 10Mbp/s.
We making test in this ptp and the traffic was around 80Mbp/s, in transfer file via ftp direct in this ptp( we used to measure two laptop in each point. one linux installed proftpd and other with customer W 7). this same test was making direct in switch connected in pppoe-server and the rate traffic with one download was around 50Mbp/s. linked pppoe with ptp not exceeds 8Mbp/s peer download.

someone passed for this problem?

PS: In PPPoE Server use ROS 5.12
