Problem with RB 800

Hi, i have a problem with a RB800. when i connect two RB 800 only the amber light blinks, the green light doesnt, so i would like to know if that is normal on this RB

Check speed on the port. 10/100/1000

The speed is 100, when i conect the RB800 to a RB493 both lights onthe RB493 blink but on the RB800 just the amber light blinks..
and when conect the RB800 to a switch both lights on both devices blink…
I dont know why this is happening.. :frowning:

Now when i conect the two RB800 both lights blink, but when i conect the RB800 to an either RB433 or RB493 the green light on the RB800 doesnt blink i guess that is because the RB433 and the RB493AH dont have Giga ethernet ports and the RB800 does.
Please someone tell me if im right!
