Problem with RB1100AHx2. Mikrotik freezes every hours.

Good day. We have problems with Mikrotiks 1100AHx2.

Central Mikrotik have EoIP tunnels with remotes RB750, what is more it have main and reserve channel (tunnel creates between bridge-loopback interfaces by OSPF protocol).

The problem is repeated once a day or more. Symptoms:

Central Mikrotik do not have a ping to all IP-address (directly connect too!). But all other device have a ping to this Mikrotik. It is as firewall, but all rules firewall down. The problem is solved only by rebooting (by Watchdog).
Support told to upgrade firmware 5.25. I did it.

I opened tickets (Ticket#2013110666000151, Ticket#2013110566000171, Ticket#2013082066000381) by have not feedback.

Sorry about the delay. I checked, and the support engineer that was assigned to your ticket, is not available today. You sent your ticket on Friday.

I’m not sure why Support told you to upgrade to v5.25, but the latest release is v6.6, and I suggest you use that. After you have upgraded, run this command “/system RouterBOARD upgrade”, it will upgrade your RouterBOOT also.

See if there are any changes after these two things.
