not sure if anyone is following this, but this might be useful to someone in a similar position.
I learned that I need VLAN settings. A call to the provider revealed that VLAN ID is 33 in my case.
Created a VLAN interface with this ID, no luck yet.
before that I experimented with id 37, maybe someone can tell me what doesn’t feel right on the screen below:

Did you assign the dhcp-client under the vlan interface so that you get a public IP?
