What does the console port say when you reboot by removing power and plugging power back in?

Connect a serial cable to the serial port on the board: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:First_time_startup#Serial_Cable
Then boot the board. What output does the serial console show?
This is the data of screen:
RouterBOOT booter 2.20
RouterBoard 411U
CPU frequency: 300MHz
Memory size: 32 MB
Press any key within 2 seconds to enter setup..
kernetl not found
trying bootp protocol…failed
kernel loading failed
And this is all. Loop, loop, but my RB doesn’t boot.
Thanks.

perfect video of the board that tries to boot up from ethernet
there are 2 options - connect console and try to set it to boot from NAND and see if it boots up, or reinstall it using netinstall tool.
