Problem with RB750UP powering Equipment

Good morning,

I’ve just bought a brand new RB750UP.
I’m having trouble recently with some RB750 UP.
I 'm powering 2 x RB912UAG - 5HPnD and 1 x RB911g-5HPnD.
the IOS is 6.27 with router board 3.22 in every single equipment.

I’m using a power pack 24V with a capacity of 6.5A. It’s powering it up through the Ether1.

I never had that problem before and now it starts to happen. I explained.

All the equipment are connected to the RB750UP and when I power it up it beeps and the 5 lights are turning on/off in sequences. Then the RB750UP reboot itself, beep again and the sequence start again. This is carry on for ever.
The only way to start it’s to power up with another power pack connected through the Jack connector.
Once I’ve done this, the lights stop flashing and the RB750UP start his booting sequence normally and all the equipment are working normally. I then, disconnect the JACK connector from the RB750UP and it stays fine until the next reboot.

Any one has been through this problem?
Or simply an hardware fault?

Thanks in advance for your help

Try this:

/interface ethernet poe settings set ether1-poe-in-long-cable=yes

Thanks for your reply Lukasz.

I will try it.

But I also found on the forum a topic that I could see it before where wiltshra documented the error and offer the same solution.

here is post :
