when one user reaches its traffic limit, I reset its counter but reset counter doesn’t work and nothing happen and the user receive “no valid profile found” on login. only way to reset its traffic is to go to user details windows, remove previous profile and add profile again. by working “reset counter” I can use script for daily reset, but unfortunately it doesn’t work. is there any solution for correcting reset counter function? or can I use any script for automatic daily adding and removing profile for specific user?

UM don’t have any command for renewing expired users.
you can create a script for expired users to save old information and create a user whith that information.
and schedule that script.
