Problem with ROUTE for VALID IP (Brazil)

Hi guys,

i´m a brazilian ISP owner.

My problem is:

I have a dedicated link (optic fiber) and 64 valid´s ip´s:
201.10.200.XXX/26

I use a Cyclades PR1000, workin 100% fine.

When i conect a desktop pc on switch and setup a valid ip on windows, this machine is visible on the internet, with valid ip,
and all works fine, browser etc…
Everything works well.

But, when i install a network card (only for dedicated link) on mikrotik and setup a valid ip, i dont see this ip on the internet, but via NAT my clients have internet fine.

I dont have firewall rules blocking ICMP.

I setup on the MK:
IP 201.10.200.XXX/26

My cyclades PR1000 ping MK
MK ping to cyclades.

I also have an ADSL on this mikrotik, and i access from the outside using this IP (Dinamic - PPPoE)

My MK, have a NAT masquerade.

What is wrong?

You can See Only NATed IP in Internet Cloud..

There must be any other things you must set and dealing with NAT.
Please send any graph mapping for your environment setup.
