I installed a mesh network with couple of Mikrotik routers and some devices, one of my routers is connected to the main switch and my entire network by an 120 meters Cat-6 cable.the problem started 3 days ago, routers connect to each other, devices connect to them but I cant ping the server anymore. when I reboot the router I am able to ping the server for 10 seconds but after this time I cant ping it any more. what is the problem? what happens during this 10 second? there is no firewall rules on the router at all. bye the way I can ping the server without any problem when I connect my laptop to the cable which is plugged to the main switch.

120 meters is not a valid length for Cat-6. The max is 100 meters, per CAT6 (and CAT5) standards. You need to fix that problem first.
