Problem with Router

Hello

i have a 750 Mikrotik router board, i am not an expert with routers but i really need to fix the problem i have for my business.

Some one have configured my mikrotik , to make the following action :
I have 2 internet connections with different IPs but from same provider.
The person who configured my router made that some PC works with 1 line and some with the other internet connection.
if 1 of this connections is interrupted automatically all the PCs will have the same working internet connection.

But this last days this haven’t worked any more, when i don’t know what is the problem, when i try to connect to my mikrotik with MAC address it send the following error :

could not connect to 00:cc:42:5a:b4:7b(port 20561) internal error.

Please if some of you can give a little help to a newbie with routers it will be great.
If is possible to tell me how can i do to have another connection but from a different provider and the router to work in the same way.

Try to connect with IP address. MAC connection should be used only to set up basic configuration to the router so that it is possible to use IP connectivity.

Thank you for answering,
what is the router IP address ? and if i will connect, how can i solve the problem , because the router, don’t do anymore the “job” that was configured, how can i fix this ?

IP address that you have configured on the router.

There can be many problems, you need to access router to see what is wrong. If you can’t connect to MAC, do not know IP address then use serial cable to log in to the router.
