NAND ERROR: waitForReady() timeout (1000 ms)

How can i resolve them?
and what is the real problem?
I’am installed a new bios,Reinstalled MikroTik …

Which are MikroTik RouterOS and RouterBOARD firmware versions installed on the RouterBOARD?

Rotrer BOOT 2.18
And No OS installed currently i cannot install os…

I’am desoldered the NAND Chp
And try to change it

Booter 2.18
Currently No OS Installed

What do you see, when run Etherboot on board and run Netinstall?

Setting up ELF Image… OK
jumping to kernel code

after 15 minutes…
displays this :

Welcome to the MikroTik Remote instalation
… CTRL+ALT+Delete to abort

Software key = xxxxxxxxxxxx

and stops on this message…
router cannot be displayed in list on netinstall…

Most likely NAND is damaged and there is no software fix for it.

… If i Am insert a CF Card and install to it??? Router will be work ??
or the router is dead??

RouterOS can’t boot from CF card on RB532, it’s only a secondary disk.
