Problem with selecting country on Mikrotik cAP

Hi,

I have a problem with a Wireless Mikrotik AP ( RBcAPGi-5acD2nD ).

I can change wlan1 ( numbers=0 ) to country=iceland, no problem.

But..

[admin@MikroTik] /interface/wireless> set country=iceland numbers=1
failure: minimal antenna-gain for this country is 3
[admin@MikroTik] /interface/wireless> set antenna-gain=3 numbers=1
[admin@MikroTik] /interface/wireless> set country=iceland numbers=1
failure: country not allowed

I did purchase this AP used from Latvia but it did come with a US-prong power supply, so I don’t know what to think…

Is there a prossibility to set the 5GHz channel to the right frequencies - or am I out of luck?

Hi
You can look at this data and conclude
/interface/wireless/info/country-info
/interface/wireless/info/hw-info <wifi_iface>
if US this limitation
cAP ac-US (USA) is factory locked for 2412-2462MHz, 5170-5250MHz and 5725-5835MHz frequencies. This lock can not be removed.
