I ask for help, we grapple with a problem several months.
Initially the problem was at operation of RB1100AH, we have replaced it with Mikrotik CCR1009-8G-1S, the problem has remained.
With Mikrotik we give two services:
- Mobile Internet access through own APN (we rented at the mobile operator APN, we work with it
through a physical joint) - Internet access through a PPTP tunnel to our Mikrotik (we use it in case clients have a bad quality of the mobile operator who has given us APN, and we use networks of other operators).
In both cases we put to clients of hAP/951/433 with the USB-dongle LTE
Subscribers complain of the low download speed (at most - 5 Mbps) at measurement of speed through speedtest.net. There are no problems with the upload speed. That is at onestream downloading the low download speed is observed.
If to test speed through torrents, that is through a multistream download, the download speed is excellent.
I have noticed that if, for example, to measure the speed of a one-stream download at the PPTP connection on the house wire Internet, there is no problem of low speed.
There are no any restrictions from mobile operators.
Also I have noticed that if to disconnect all subscribers, except my test sim card, I also have no problems with speed.
We have one uplink ISP, speed of the channel of 120 Mbps, average loading of the channel - 80 Mbps, connection through BGP. We have also the autonomous system.
