Problem with UDP packets (VOIP and games)

Hello

I use mikrotik RB800 and I have problem with UDP packets. There are lagging and dropped. It does not depend on cpu and channel utilization. I have tried changed version from 4.17 to 5.6 and did not have success. Also I have changed ethernet-default queues size, but it didn’t work.
I use to mark packets on mangel and make PCQ queues for limit users speed.

  2. Do you have enough bandwidth at your link?
