problem with upgrade usermanager 4.17

For 3 years running and sometimes upgrading usermanager I found no problem, but when I upgrade usermanager package from 4.4 (release in 2009) to 4.17 (release in 2011) I got problem with the database. The setting didn’t changed but I lost all log & user data. Lucky that i still have rsc backup for user data but worst i forget to backup the log data. After imported my user data, it seems not compatible, i.e: the limited user became unlimited.

  1. Is there any way to restore my users data correctly as before.
  2. Why the user & log data are lost, will it go back if I downgrade the package form 4.17 to 4.4
  3. How to save or backup log data in usermanager?

I upgraded the rb750g from 4.16 to 4.17 days back, unfortunately, i can no longer access the box since then.

Guys, i need help to be able to access it again.

Did anyone get an answer for this. What did you finally do to get your UM to work again. I lost all my users to it looks like.
