Problem with Userman and disks

hi bodies
after a few month My RB450 got crash and stopped suddenly because of the high proccess of CPU after i check logs i got the reason is warnings that are shown in pic

before this i used userman. i upgrade ROS multiple times till it goes fine with 6.19 but userman couldnt work correctly and some options was undefined as is clear in pic that i attached.

i reinstall the os with netinstall but nothing changed
what is the reason and how can i solve this?

The disk where database userman whas writing don’t exist anymore.
Look to “system” “disks” if the disk is good.
I think you loose the disk settings

in system the disk is available but i cant format it or repair it

Try with netinstall procedure

Have you exactly done what on my website is told?
Look if the firewall is disabled on your PC or laptop.
Give the networkcard a fixed IP in the range from your netboot IP on netinstall
Try again please.
