when I generate a user in my user manager with a prepaid time for eg 4h when the user end his session with remaining time into his account when he come back later and try to loggin back he discover that his time is over there is not time remaining in his account.
how to solve the problem please help!!!

That is how the current UM is designed to operate. If the credit is set to 4h, immediately after first login, the 4h begins. If client logs out, the time is still running, so after 4h, the credit runs out. In the latest beta UM it is possible to do allow a customer to have 4h connect time, for ever. Then perhaps in one year when they eventually use up their last minute, they are then disconnected. However this new UM is still Beta and has a few problems. Not recommended for a production environment unless you are not affected by these ‘undocumented features’
