Problem with VoIP Server Over mikrotik

i have a problem with my voip server over mikrotik firewall
in local network i have a asterisk voip server and in normal mode everything going fine. I mean i can call everyone but when someone from outside of local network connects a vpn connection to mikrotik router and starts 3cx client and call a number in local network the local one cant hear the outside voice. this configuration works perfect when i use isa server for vpn server.
All Filter Rules are disabled.

BY THE WAY :
asterisk Voip server ip address : 192.168.0.19
vpn Client tunnel ip address : 10.200.1.1

There has been a lot of discussion on the forum about this. Getting SIP to work through mikrotik NAT is not easy. Do a lot of searching and researching here on the forum, and even more trial and error with various settings on your router and phones.

You will need to work with disabling the SIP Helper, manually forwarding UPD on the router, changing phone SIP ports, etc…

did you solved the issue? morover did you disable firewall on the OS where 3cx client is running? And did you disable SIP helper on mikrotik rb?

You don’t need to NAT the VPN clients, they can be routed to the VoIP soft-pbx.
