Problem with vpn

The problem is the following… I am from Venezuela, I have a client who is using the Starlink connection for his Internet access, when using Starlink he has access problems to local banks since the Starlink devices have IP addressing from another country , my solution was to create a VPN against a mikrotik with a local public IP, everything was perfect to enter the pages of the local banks, the problem is that it can only be entered from the computer or through the phone’s browser, when entering from the Some bank’s app gives you an error that your IP is not a local IP. How can I solve this problem, thank you very much in advance.

The VPN is created against a mikrotik with a national public IP and works when entering from browsers, the problem is when you enter the bank’s mobile app that indicates that the IP is not local. The problem is with the banks’ mobile apps

… which would indicate your VPN is not working as it should or you would not see this behavior.
And then we need to check your setup.

Please check first with sites like whatsmyip.com what IP is being detected with and without VPN active.

The vpn is configured only to divert banking traffic through it, the rest of the traffic goes through the starlink network

then some banking app traffic is not being diverted

maybe some specific geolocation service used by the app

Without view on config nor results from whatsmyip using VPN and not, we can all guess until next decade …
