Problem with wilreless point to point

I have this situation:

Two RBs 411ah(ROS 5.12), R52hn, 28dbi dishes. This is to 3.1 km LoS p2p. Both side have similar results like -42 signal strength, -108 noise floor and 71% overall ccq.

The problem is that sometimes they disconnect when traffic reachs around 18MB and sometimes I get high lantency like 67 ms without traffic.

What can I do to fix this?

You don’t need too much to this short link. If you didn’t change default TX POWER try to low it at least to 10dbm in both sides and try again.
Keep in mind that -40 is not a good signal. There is too much power in your system. Always try to keep it around -60dbm, ok?

Thanks guilhermeramires it worked perfect!!

Now I get estability and latency does not reach more than 12ms even when traffic is around 50MB.

I set 8dbm for tx power in both sides. The new signal strength is -61dbm, noise floor -109 and ccq around 98%!!
