Problemas con el HotsPot

Hola, tengo un mikrotik sxt lite5 con 10 multiportales conectado a una wifi cerca de mi casa, mi problema es el siguiente, cree un hostpot para que los usuarios se loguearan con una App que tengo, la App trabaja a la perfeccion pero cuando alguien entra al hostpot este mismo lo deja sin salida, es decir no tiene servicio de internet, en cambio cuando al usuario le doy Bypass si tiene internet, que puede ocasionar este problema?

Requerda que si el usuario no esta autentificado no puede pasar a la internet.
el problema (creo) es que el Mikrotik nunca recibe el mensaje de autenticad de tu app.
(supongo porque no se como funciona tu aplicacion)
Mas detales de como funciona podria ayudar.
