Problematic Powerbox

I seem to have the infamous powerbox problem, where spuratically my powerbox will glitch out for roughly 5 seconds and then come back. Most of my network activity goes through my Powerbox and the constant drops suck. I have already enabled the long cable setting, to no prevail. Any help would be appreciated!! I’m a noob, so please bear with me.
Thanks, Tom.
P.S. I also have two RB750G’s and a mAP, which run super smooth. My Powerbox is connected to a RB750G and I can see the link go up and down from there.

I purchased it brand new from ISP supplies. Should I just try to return it??

Anyone?

If you are running 6.38 one and 6.37 or below on the other I’d check any link / bridge for the spanning-tree issue due to the change in functionality with 6.38. If that isn’t it then I’d verify power coming out of the adapter is stable and strong enough. I’ve seen some other users that have been impacted by that. Then I’d just return it and try a new one.

I’m using the injector that came in the original packaging, and thats plugged into a backup battery/surge protector. I’ll verify the versions and monitor the power anyway. Any other suggestions?
