probleme of web proxy

i have a probleme i am using mikrotik v.2.9.38 i configure the service web proxy after 4 hour of running .the web proxy refuse to open web page and give an error mesage there is a message

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: /?.intl=fr&.redir=ymmapi9&.clntymver=2005.1.1.4&.cldefstat=Def0

The following error was encountered:

Invalid URL
Some aspect of the requested URL is incorrect. Possible problems:

Missing or incorrect access protocol (should be `http://'' or similar)
Missing hostname
Illegal double-escape in the URL-Path
Illegal character in hostname; underscores are not allowed
Your cache administrator is webmaster.

when desable the proxy .the page it is not working ; but when i remove the script of redirection of http traffi to port 80 to port 3128 it begining working but it was working without service proxy

can i have help to resolve my probleme
