Problems after upgrade QUEUE does not work

So I have a RB2011UiAS-2Hnd and after upgrading to 6.42.7 had problems with dns. Finally I had to reset all the configuration and set it up again from zero.

So this is my new configuration:
I have two networks One for the people in the house, and the other for guest, I created a VLAN and a Bridge for this guest network. After creating this I set the conf in the Queue program but when I check with the speed app it has the same exact speed that the Main network, when it it supposed to be like 5MB. The main network has a speed of 50MB

Any Idea what might be wrong?

Another problem I have is that I can access to this device via inbox but with the MAc Address, when I type the address of the router it does not connect

Suspect the vlan config is not correct, difficult to make any suggestions without seeing the config

Upgraded from what? Much has changed after 6.41 was introduced.

Have you changed the queue recently? Maybe remove and re-add it.
Have you rebooted the router? Rubbish answer but it did get me out of a similar situation once.
The queue is pointed at the bridge, do you mean to limit the entire bridge like this? What is it you are trying to limit? WAN link? Can you limit the WAN interface?
