problems booting after a power cut

Hi to everyone, I’m new in this forum, and i’ve got a question:
After a blackout in my city, it never wanted to boot again and gave me the finger with this:

Loading system with initrd
Uncompressing Linux Ok, booting the kernel
/etc/rc.d/rc.start: 19: /etc/rc.d/run.d/SO5ppp-modules :input/output error
/etc/rc.d/rc.start: 19: /etc/rc.d/run.d/SO5syslog :input/output error
/etc/rc.d/rc.start: 19: /etc/rc.d/run.d/SO6modules :input/output error

/etc/rc.d/rc.start: 19: /etc/rc.d/run.d/SO8softdog :input/output error
/etc/rc.d/rc.start: 19: /etc/rc.d/run.d/SO9pcmcia :input/output error
/etc/rc.d/rc.start: 19: /etc/rc.d/run.d/SO9sshd :input/output error
/etc/rc.d/rc.start: 19: /etc/rc.d/run.d/SO9usb :input/output error
/etc/rc.d/rc.start: 19: /etc/rc.d/run.d/S10lcd :input/output error

/etc/rc.d/rc.start: 19: /etc/rc.d/run.d/S50ntp :input/output error

Is there any way to reinstall it without losing all the configuration or all is lost forever?

NetInstall has an option that lets you keep the configuration. Look at the first screenshot: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Netinstall
Right column, under the software ID and key fields.

However, those errors indicate serious storage problems to me, there may be no configuration to keep.
