Problems GA-8I945GMF-RH + Intel® PRO/1000 MT

Hi!
I have GA-8I945GMF-RH motherboard with Intel® PRO/1000 MT and try to use ROS on this hardware, but ethernet card don’t work i try 2.9.51, 3.7, 3.10. With any version i see ethernet card. Link status and speed is ok, but ping or any other traffic don’t pass.

After several minutes under 3.7 or 3.10 i got kernel panic and reboot.

Any idea how to fix this problems?

PS. Cpu Pentium D
PPS. All this hardware work fine under Linux 2.6.19.1 for several months.

Try 3.4 and set muti-cpu yes !
