Problems migrating from 3.6 to 6.35.1

Hi everyone.

I’m trying to migrate a The Dude configuration I’ve been building since some years ago, on version 3.6, to a 6.35.1 running on a CCR1016-12G.

I’ve installed and enabled the new server without problems, I can login from the Windows client, and I can even import the 3.6 xml database without errors, but when I log in I can’t see my setup, but just the empty initial configuration.

Even if I manually create some map and device, if I try to restore my 3.6 setup I end up with an empty setup again.

Is the import feature really working, or am I doing anything wrong?

My setup is about 193 MB and includes about 10 maps and some custom functions.

Please try importing db backup once again and generate supout file right after that failed attempt. Then send supout file to support@mikrotik.com and we’ll take a look at what might be the cause for this failed import attempt.

Importing problems were solved purging “outages” before exporting.
