Problems since we changed the isp router( from 100mbps to 200 mbps)

First, thanks in advance.

I have a CCR1016-12G with RouterOS 6.28 (license level 6).
Until a few days ago we had a fiber connection (ONO 100mb) and we were happy.

A few days ago we switched to 200 mbps with the same provider. The isp changed the modem-router ( CG7486E Wireless Gateway )

Since this change, we have trouble navigating. Downloads start, but are stop randomly. If we connect a direct computer tothe ISP router, browse and download perfect

The ISP router is configured as a router.

If we put the ISP router in bridge mode, we have the same problem.

Everything points to the MK, again, the computer connected to the ISP modem works perfectly.

Can you think of anything?

TTL? TImeouts, MTU?

Thanks for the suggestions.

Have you traced connections to see what’s happening? Have you tried connecting directly using a SFP module?

Check your interfaces on Mtik. Are they showing 1Gb or 100Mb’s?

The same problem happens to me. I’ve tried with two different models of Cloud Core Routers (CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+ and CCR1009-8G-1S). Router configurations are naive. One interface connected to Ono Router configured by dhcp and another interface with a dhcp server with a PC connected to it. NAT masquerade is configured. Anyone has a solution for this issue?

Regards,

Hello, I have exactly the same problem since I’ve activated the option of 300mb, modem Ono in bridge mode, ccr1009-8g DHCP wan mode and the rest in bridge mode, I can surf the Internet but with the speed test and downloadsThey cut, if I use only the modem Ono everything works perfectly

I tried to clone the Mac modem in the mikrotik eth but do not assign me ip, I changed several times MTU and nothing

Someone comes up with few other options ???

thanks

Have you tried to set ethernet default queues for the interfaces instead only hardware queues set by default config?

I just tested and the problem persists

Tonight my provider ONO has updated the firmware of my modem CG7486E to version 5.510.5.9 and fixed the problem, everything works fine

Thanks
