Attempted to upgrade from 1.10 to 1.13. After uploading the .lzb file and pressing the Upgrade button, my browser downloads the attached file (index.html) and the upgrade does not take place. I had to rename it to .txt to upload.

that was an issue in 1.10 to 1.11 i think as there was the revised WebUI, this is somewhere in this forum also mentioned.
A user is shocked, if this happens, i know. I have the same issue and was also somewhat shocked ![]()

hmmm sorry, but that is an issue i have never had. Check, that you have the right version and hardware and try again, if it is now unresponsive, try bootp.
If it not helps, you should contact support (support"at"mikrotik.com)

If I upgrade rb260GS from 1.11 to 1.13 then web interface does not respond.
Power cycle needed! Then web interface works.
It is possible fix it in the next version?

thats normal as there was a change of the webUI, further updates should show this behaviour for you. And I as a customer can prove that ![]()
