Problems when connecting two MT with pptp

When I am tried to connect two remote MT with the PPTP on Internet, I just have the following message on the MT PPTP server :

I am using the VSAT Network to connect the 2 MT.
Some one can help to resolve this problem

add more logging topics to /system logging and post the logs:

/system logging add topics=ppp action=memory

The wonders of VSAT (No phun intended).

You either have a authentication timeout - which I doubt, or your connection to the VPN times out.

Either one could be because of the high latency and/or bad coms quality on the satellite link. IPSec may be a better bet for you (L2TP if you need to do it with dynamic IPs) as IPSec will transparently reconnect the tunnel if/when things times out / get disconnected.
