Hello everyone, thank you for paying attention to me and I would be happy to talk to you about my problem. I have a CapsMan system (main router RBD53iG-5HacD2HnD and 7 pieces of RBcAPGi-5acD2nD) Everything works great when a small number of users are connected to the network (up to 10-15 users), but when, for example, 40 users are connected, the Internet drops.
At first, I thought that the problem was in my configuration, so I tried to reconfigure twice (with capsman and without) but, unfortunately, the result is the same each time.
During a large number of users, I can easily ping the router or conduct a speed test, but unfortunately I cannot ping 8.8.8.8 or go to any web page (I can go after 4-5 times). In my opinion, there is a possible problem with the ISP, but they could not tell me or do anything useful. My tariff plan is 100 Mbps.
Also, when there are a lot of users, my load on the provider is surprisingly low. 10 megabits/s instead of the expected 100 megabits. But when I test the speed myself (without 40 users) I get 100 Mbps.
Unfortunately I can’t change ISP and I need to solve my problem somehow.
